Service Terms
By booking an appointment with Shaggy Dog Spa & Grooming, you agree to provide accurate information about your pet, including health conditions, behavioral concerns, and vaccination records.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a $25 fee. We understand emergencies happen and will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
Health & Safety
All dogs must be current on Rabies, Distemper (DHPP), and Bordetella vaccinations. We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet showing signs of illness or aggression for the safety of our staff and other pets.
Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure your pet's safety and comfort, grooming carries inherent risks. By using our services, you acknowledge that you understand these risks and release Shaggy Dog Spa & Grooming from liability for any injury or health issues that may arise during grooming, except in cases of gross negligence.
